Founded by Jason Melville, osteopath, movement specialist, and author of The Three Realms of Holistic Health – From Roots to Fruit, the studio blends clinical insight with natural intelligence.
We’re currently relocating and preparing our new home in the Hastings / Bexhill-on-Sea area — a space designed to bring together osteopathy, Pilates, and functional movement under one natural philosophy.
